I went to the dealership to check on a tapping noise in my ram 1500. Executive found that there were metal pieces in the oil filter. been grinding of the Bearings meant that the engine was bad. Even though my ram 1500. Executive found that there were metal pieces in the oil filter. been grinding of the Bearings meant that the engine was bad. Even though the truck was only seven years old with 80,000 miles on it. Chrysler /Ram replacement would cost me $14,000. Although it did take a little while, with no loaner vehicle available - Mike was very forthright and forthcoming with all the costs and what the problems were.. i’m overall very pleased with the service and would recommend Executive Ram/Jeep to anyone buying a vehicle or getting one repaired. More
