Took forever to get an answer when my part would come in they told me to call the other Dodge about my approval that they know nothing about the other Dodge said that I am approved. Then I was told on two occasions my car would be ready in the next three or four days then it ended up being three weeks later The day before my car was done. They told me I need a radiator. I took it to my personal mechanic that told me I need more than a radiator. I also needed a condenser the first day I dropped off my car. They also told me they would do a diagnostics test to see if there's anything else that needs to be fixed that I might want to fix Right before my car was to be ready. I asked about it and they said that there would have to be a charge for that and they have no idea who I talk to. I was also told from the Machanic that the amount they put on for the radiator was loose. They showed me pictures Because my radiator was hanging out from the bottom when I had the car towed over.
