Other than the price to replace the passenger mirror on my Honda CR-V, the service was excellent. Order for part was placed, arrived when promised, and I was able to book an appointment within a day. I continue to be very disappointed with the treatment from the dealership. When I called and asked to talk to Jason the manager, he would NOT take my call. He had the receptionist tell me that my car wo from the dealership. When I called and asked to talk to Jason the manager, he would NOT take my call. He had the receptionist tell me that my car would be in In 2 weeks. That was 4 weeks ago. I called back and told the receptionist that since I was a customer spending 27k+ dollars it would be comforting and reasonable to speak with the person who helped me with the sale (Jason, the manager). Later, Jamie returned my call in an effort to smooth over the situation. He was very professional. I Surprisingly, I heard from 2 other people also at the very shabby treatment they received with the dealership. I More
