I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee White in color. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed numerous deep inbeded scratches on the front bumper, driver side. The scratches broke through the paint to were the paint and the bumper material is hanging were the scratches end. No one took the time to inform me of the damage. Their only concern was making the sale. No compensation was offered even after the salesman saw the scrathes himself. Vehicle also did not have the "as is" sticker on the Vehicle. This would not have been my vehicle of choice had I been advised of the damage. FYI, this is me second, and final vehicle purchase from this dealership!! This is the reason I'm giving this dealership a one (1) star! More

The service and inspection appeared to be very thorough (loved the video and text updates) but my one complaint would be that when I dropped off and picked up my car, I barely even spoke to anyone.
