He listened to what was important to me in a vehicle purchase, and went out of his way to make sure I was buying the right SUV. He even took time to research and download updates to the software system on the pre-owned Sorrento I was buying. I have had negative experiences with 2 other dealerships in the Executive auto group, but Mike and the other employees at the this Kia dealership have completely changed my mind! More

The next day (as we were in late the day before) our deals were done. My husband and I both got cars. One a lease and the other a certified pre-owned. We traded in two vehicles and they were very fair with trade-in values. We could NOT be happier. At the first dealership, I would have been settling for a lesser vehicle and the salesperson just stopped helping me. I know some of it was timing but I know I got the perfect car for me and I love it! I am in a certified Sportage and my husband leased a Sorento. They are a pleasure to drive. Mike was awesome and finance was a breeze. Will be staying with the Executive family as long as I am in Connecticut!!! More

Mike and Lou are both customer centric with no hassal Mike knows a lot about EVs, big help, he loves to learn about new features and can answer questions. I am use to buying high end vehicles for myself and I have to compare your dealership to that level of service. I am truly impressed that Executive Kia in Wallingford match it. I was a little put off due to an earlier experience at another Kia dealership in the Hartford area. So my impression of that brand was low to begin with. My daughter was looking for vehicle to replace her recently loss of her last one. She was looking at the Optimas and really wanted one. I search the internet and found several cars one was at Kia in Wallingford. Mike was outstanding and was understanding of our needs and her budget. His presentation from the beginning was on point. He was patient and followed up when he stated he will. His constant communication with my daughter about the process was amazing. He kept her in the loop and when it came time for delivery he didn't drop the ball either, it was flawless. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this young man makes it to the top 2 salesmen in my book. Made me even consider wanting to buy a Kia in the future. Way to go Mike.... let's not forget Lou Oosten, his peoples skills are extraordinary. He made the paperwork process appealing, it is usually the part I dread the most due to the length of time it takes. He has it down to a science and speedy process. More

Excellent Customer Care Service! Before I write my review about Michael, first off I would like to say that I didn’t purchase a car from his dealership. I did however get exceptional Before I write my review about Michael, first off I would like to say that I didn’t purchase a car from his dealership. I did however get exceptional customer care via email about a car at his dealership that I inquired about! Michael always made me a priority, and gave me valuable information about certain cars and where they’d fit in my budget. He didn’t sugarcoat anything! Other dealerships from other brands gave me the run around and would deceive me about supposedly good deals. This wasn’t the case with Mike he never pressured me into getting a car that wasn’t suitable. He gave me great pointers for when I would go to other dealerships. He had no ulterior motives other than seeing me happy in a car that I liked! The fact that he sort of coached me on the fly for car hunting helped me out immensely! He didn’t have to really help me at all. I was shocked that he gave me all this advising. I was so used to the other dealerships with their generic responses. Bottom line, if you are looking for a Kia there’s none better the Michael Crespo hammering out the deals for you. I’d trust him like a good friend! Remember he tells you facts and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear! Kia’s got themselves hidden gem working for them I could see him moving up very clearly! More
