Went to the dealership last week to look at the new Sorento. We were greeted by Ouafaa what a great lady so nice. She had no problem bringing us any car we wanted to see.when looking at the car we liked I saw a dent in the driver side door she immediately got the sales manager Mike and he made a phone call and within 10 minutes there was a guy there to pick the car up to fix it With service like that how can you not buy a car from them. So when we picked up the car we were so impressed with the dealership that we ended up buying 2 sorento’s.All the staff at this dealership makes you feel like family Thankyou again for a wonderful experience More

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. When I leased my vehicle 3 years ago, I made my cash deposit and signed the paperwork that I was all set with that money down. After receiving the car, the finance person harassed me by non stop calling and telling me I owed them another $2,000 that I never gave them for deposit! Thank god I saved my original paperwork with the amount I had to deposit, that it was received and signed off on!!! Even thought I owed nothing and already had the vehicle, he continued to contact and harass me for two weeks! Scheduling anything with this dealership was also a nightmare- anytime I called for an oil change, they told me they had nothing available for 3-4 weeks! To top it all off, my less is ending and I am buying the leased vehicle! I was going to buy it through Kia and give them the money, but they won’t even do a courtesy detail and oil change, which all of my previous car dealerships have always done for me as courtesy. I will not be placing my financing through Kia and am very unhappy with their servicing and the fact that they do not try to build good customer relationships. More
