Ouafaa Kouhaila was so incredible to work with. I was unsure of the car I wanted for months and I eventually discovered the Kia Forte GT with GT2 package and fell in love. Unfortunately there was n I was unsure of the car I wanted for months and I eventually discovered the Kia Forte GT with GT2 package and fell in love. Unfortunately there was no inventory of the car in Long Island NY where I am from so I took matters into my own hands and searched other areas with the car. I discovered that Executive Kia had the car and immediately got into contact with them. Since then, I have been in communication with Ouafaa, blowing up her phone at every hour of any day and she was always super responsive. She not only delierved the car prior to when I expected but she made the whole experience so easy and stress free. My family traveled almost 3 hours to get the car and they are so beyond happy to have worked with Ouafaa! More
