I was shown how to unlock the car when the battery in the remote fob goes dead. Since then, every now and then when i open the drivers door, the door cap falls off. Skip did attempt to fix it twice, but the ptoblem still exist. Also when the mechanic opened the door to place the sticker in the windshield the door cap fell off and it continues to fall off. It clicks in, but it doesn't lock in place.

Skip was kind enough to have the mechanic place a sticker in the windshield the next day. Tyler reached out to me and was more than happy to resolve the issue with the door cap. The part has been ordered. it will be painted and replaced. I'm glad Executive has Tyler, (old school), he was around when the dealership was owned by Montesi. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to Volkswagens. Skip is very professional and equally concerned about the customer.
