Terrible! I just ended my leased Lincoln MKX with Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln and I am thrilled to be done with them! Their employees don't care, their customer wai I just ended my leased Lincoln MKX with Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln and I am thrilled to be done with them! Their employees don't care, their customer waiting room is awful, and their Service Dept. is a joke. I would often have to wait weeks for them to resolve a warranty issue and get me in a loaner car. Most dealers have 70+ loaner cars and this place only has a handful. I came from driving a Cadillac and couldn't wait to go back to Cadillac, which I did 2 days ago. We brought our leased vehicle back to the Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln and dealt with Pam Hammersmith. When it was apparent that I wasn't going back to a Lincoln, this employee turned on me. She was rude and actually said, "why should we do anything for you when you're going to a Cadillac". She threw away the screws for my license plate holder and refused to get them back for me. As I said before, I am thrilled to be done with them! More
