Chris Smith was my salesman and I wasn't disappointed. Chris worked with me on all of my needs and when done the deal I received was basically the deal I was looking for. My salesman Dan B was a complete professional, the staff that we just picked up my new MKZ at Fair Oaks lincoln. The entire experience was a pleasure. My salesman Dan B was a complete professional, the staff that we dealt with were polite and friendly. I received a fair sum for my trade in and the new car price was very reasonable. No pressure to buy the car and none for the extended service plan. We were informed of the service plan which we declined, it was never brought up again. I feel as if we were treated as friends. I bought my first car from them almost 30 years ago (1989 Ford Escort LX) and they are always great. I have a special situation and Craig, Jose S. and Steve in Finance were very respectful and treated me with dignity and empathy. They ensure that you at least know a contact point on every department. Their response was quick and the process was very smooth. They made feel comfortable with the overall process.
