Craig answered all my questions, financing and available incentives on the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Even though the exact vehicle I wanted was not available on Fair Oaks lot, Craig was able to find one elsewhere and brought it to their store for me. Craig kept me up to date on the vehicle and when it would be available. I set up an appointment that worked for both of us and was able to puchase the vehicle, Craig went out of his way to help me and there was no pressure to buy. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Craig introduced me to Jose Santiago who helped with the paperwork and walked me throught the vehicle and all of the options. Jose walked me around the facility and introduced me to the service and saled department.
