The purchase was smooth and happened fairly quickly (I've been in dealerships in the past for 6 hours...) This is the 2nd car I've purchased from them and will continue to return. After my first purchase I asked specifically for Serafin since the 2014 purchase went so well. He is very patient with all of my questions and answered them very well. With Fair Oaks, I don't get the sleazy salesmanship I've had elsewhere. Perhaps it's just Serafin, but I get the sense that this is not the way they run their business. More
