Immediately after my request, Craig called and told me even though there were no pictures up I was welcome to come in and take a look. After nearly striking a deal at Napleton Lincoln in Glenview but receiving an absolutely insulting trade-in offer for my car, I walked out and was wary of heading to another dealer. However, Craig, Serafin, Steve in financing and everyone else I dealt with throughout the process were just wonderful. The trade-in offer was more than fair, and when financing was a bit up in the air they kept discounting the already fairly-priced car even further to help make things work. I have to buy another car in a bit, and I know I'll be back to Fair Oaks to likely get another Lincoln from Craig. Couldn't recommend any more highly. More
