New Car for Mom I spoke to Clint on Thurs night by phone to schedule an appt to come in the next day to buy a Lincoln MKS for my Mom. I came to the dealership on Fri I spoke to Clint on Thurs night by phone to schedule an appt to come in the next day to buy a Lincoln MKS for my Mom. I came to the dealership on Fri ready to buy the car but got so much more. Clint had the car pulled up and ready to test drive when Mom and I arrived and had us on our way in no time. What makes the service stand out from any other experience I've had is the day after buying the car, Clint texted me and told me come back because the team was able to work out a better interest rate and lower my monthly payments. I really appreciate the personalized care and customer service. (Oh and Clint has a great sense of humor as well) Thanks for helping me pretty seamlessly purchase a new car for my Mom! P.S. She loves it and thanks you too :) More

Friendly, No-Pressure Staff - Highly Recommended! I was looking for a new, 2017 Ford Escape SE and was having trouble finding the exact one (color, options) I wanted at a good price. Enter Craig Holsm I was looking for a new, 2017 Ford Escape SE and was having trouble finding the exact one (color, options) I wanted at a good price. Enter Craig Holsman at Fair Oaks Ford, who went out of his way to locate the perfect vehicle at the perfect price. No haggling and no pressure from ANY of the sales staff - just an awesome price right out of the gate (beating the other dealerships I was looking at and avoiding any of the games I typically associate with buying a new car). It was actually a pleasant experience (who knew?), and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Ford! Thanks, Fair Oaks! Great deal and sales experience I am a loyal ford vehicle owner due mostly to the great service and deals I receive from the fair oaks ford dealership. I currently own 4 ford vehicle I am a loyal ford vehicle owner due mostly to the great service and deals I receive from the fair oaks ford dealership. I currently own 4 ford vehicles and I have all my car maintenance done at the dealership. Their employees are very helpful and great to deal with. I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape se. Dan Buzdugan was great in helping us figure out what type of car we wanted. Chris Policarpio was great in helping finish off the sale. Chris explained all the details in the car and sync my phone in as well as looking for all the possible ford deals and offers that were being offered. Matt Kramer in finance was great in explaining the financing and warranties available. All in all a great experience as always. More
