As we finished transaction he took care of getting the truck ready for delivery, introduced me to everyone from sales manager, to cashier, to service the service manager, each of whom was extremely friendly and willing to help with any future questions or needs. As I took delivery, Dan took a picture of me with my new truck as a fitting end of the "sales" process. I've never had such a feeling of warmth and attention from a car dealership. New Car for Mom I spoke to Clint on Thurs night by phone to schedule an appt to come in the next day to buy a Lincoln MKS for my Mom. I came to the dealership on Fri I spoke to Clint on Thurs night by phone to schedule an appt to come in the next day to buy a Lincoln MKS for my Mom. I came to the dealership on Fri ready to buy the car but got so much more. Clint had the car pulled up and ready to test drive when Mom and I arrived and had us on our way in no time. What makes the service stand out from any other experience I've had is the day after buying the car, Clint texted me and told me come back because the team was able to work out a better interest rate and lower my monthly payments.
