I was working with a dealer in St. Charles at the same time on a similar vehicle and the entire time I felt that I was nothing more than a quick sale and when I did not write a deposit check quickly they had no desire to work with me anymore. The entire process at Fair Oaks was very low pressure and I was always treated with respect. At one point my wife asked about a small option she liked but none of their vehicles had Craig changed gears and never even tried to sell us one of his vehicles in stock that didn't have it. Instead he went straight to work and ended up sending one of his team members to go out of state and get us a vehicle with all of the features we wanted. Top notch all the way. They made me aware of my options and I did take advantage of some that I felt were good value, but they weren't pushy.
