I had been driving my previous vehicle for 15 years because I loved it so much, so replacing that car had to be with a vehicle that I was equally as excited about. I was lucky enough to find the MKZ and am thrilled with the color, style, performance and features in my new car. There are so many wonderful features, and it's probably going to take me several weeks to learn everything, but it will be a lot of fun getting full use of all the gadgets! I will be recommending both the MKZ and Fair Oaks to family and friends who are looking to purchase a new vehicle! More

When I stopped at Fair Oaks having checked on line at a Rudy Red MKX the staff was there to find the vehicle and get me into it for a test drive. Yes, they wanted a sale but they also listened and wanted to know my requirements for a vehicle and worked to earn my business which in the end they received since they answered all the questions straight forward and were knowledgeable on their products. More than I can say for the other Lincoln dealership that avoided answering my questions and also just told me what payments would be not cost of the vehicle. Chris and Carl really tried to help with the sticker shock, I hadn't purchased a vehicle for 10 years and prices have gone UP. Pleased with the interests shown and concern for knowledge that they had for my happiness with the purchase. More
