Reached out to Craig Holsman who provided everything I asked and was always timely in responding. I decided to make the 2 hour drive the see the truck, and it was everything I expected and more. The price was fair and I made the purchase the same day. The only negative was I had to wait quite a while for a finance person to become available. Everyone else went out of their way to keep me and my son comfortable while we waited. In their defense, it was an unseasonable beautiful Saturday in February so they sold many more cars that day than they probably expected. More

We wen After 5 months of looking around and 3 visits to Fair Oaks Ford we were convinced that the 2016 F150 Ford was the vehicle we were looking for. We went for the F150 because of the aluminum body (aluminum doesn't rust) and picked the 5.0 V8 because of its history as an enduring engine. I like V8s because I think that they manage to "spread the work" over more cylinders. The sales people at Fair Oaks Ford were very helpful, gave us lots of options for F150s, a wide price range to work from, and financing we are very happy with. More
