The price was fair and I made the purchase the same day. The only negative was I had to wait quite a while for a finance person to become available. Everyone else went out of their way to keep me and my son comfortable while we waited. In their defense, it was an unseasonable beautiful Saturday in February so they sold many more cars that day than they probably expected. More

We went for the F150 because of the aluminum body (aluminum doesn't rust) and picked the 5.0 V8 because of its history as an enduring engine. I like V8s because I think that they manage to "spread the work" over more cylinders. The sales people at Fair Oaks Ford were very helpful, gave us lots of options for F150s, a wide price range to work from, and financing we are very happy with. More

Every member of the service team is helpful and knowledgeable and friendly and if waiting for your vehicle, they have a comfy area with wi-fi and refreshments as great as any coffee house.
