Great Buying Experience I was in the market for a new car and had several on my "short list", including the Lincoln MKX. When I found out that Craig Holsman was still at Fair I was in the market for a new car and had several on my "short list", including the Lincoln MKX. When I found out that Craig Holsman was still at Fair Oaks and that Fair Oaks now also represented Lincoln, my search was pretty much over. We dealt with Craig about 15 years ago at the dawn of "internet car buying". It was a great experience then, and a great experience now. The car on the lot was exactly what I was looking for but with a few more features; however, the price Craig quoted was actually about what I had expected to pay without those features. The showroom is clean and well organized; all the employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome. More
