Jose & Jeremy were wonderful in pointing out the various features of the Edge and Escape; ultimately, I ended up trading in the 2007 Escape for a 2016 Escape. The negotiations went fairly smoothly - much better, actually, than my previous car buying experiences. A bit disappointed in the original trade-in amount but we negotiated around it satisfactorily. Overall, a very nice 2nd experience. More

Horrible service Brought my 2014 Ford Raptor Roush Phase 2 in for warranty work and oil change pick the truck up and they tell me all fixed . Literally pull out of d Brought my 2014 Ford Raptor Roush Phase 2 in for warranty work and oil change pick the truck up and they tell me all fixed . Literally pull out of dealer and my truck dies and has same issue . Did they even test drive it or just cleared the check engine code. Also had the oil changed and tires rotated and they gave it a complimentary car wash . I got a few deep scratch on my wheel when they rotated it and the wash looked like the just wiped the salt off my truck with a wet rag. Glad I just paid 65k for a truck for them to treat it like crap. Called the general manager and left a message. Never got a call back More
