Bad Experience with managers arrogance- twice!! I went thrice to this dealer ship and got disappointed twice. The last I went was right before I write this review! The reason why I want to write is I went thrice to this dealer ship and got disappointed twice. The last I went was right before I write this review! The reason why I want to write is because of the erratic behaviors of managers dealing with customers at ford fair oaks. First, of all Karl was the sales man I talked to and he's doing just fine but when he bought his manager to talk about lease deals the manager started talking in a demeaning manner . I do not remember his name but I just felt the abuse in the way he's talking all through out. One thing I wanted to tell him is you're just one of the managers in a ford dealership and pls don't confuse yourself with CEO of FORD company!!!! This person has just talked all that he wants and gave me a very rough quote when I was asking for detailed quote and literally told that there's no way but to only pay what ever he quoted. He says that I could never get any talk on negotiation and when I pointed out existing lease stats of other premium automakers around that price range and residuals he just said that I was ignorant on how lease works and I do not know what I'm talking about although I told him that I could prove him that lease stats are real. Still I've been nice enough to shake his hand when leaving although he's hesitating to do it! He showed attitude might be that I'm brown or something other than that all I wanted is to negotiate on monthly payments. From what he does I can say that I earn double the xxx of what he earns being there in the dealer ship but just showing arrogance is not how you grow high !! That saying you've got all the way down to go my friend! ALSO from my experience FAIR OAKS ford don't even offer a penny as incentive and behave rude and stupid on top of it!! They are the nightmares of dealership I can say. It was never a fun and positive experience over there! More

Dan was able to locate a vehicle that fit my criteria in my price range. I was also grateful that they helped me set up my phone and demonstrated how to utilize all the vehicle's features. I felt like the new car price and the allowance given for my trade-in were fair. All the employees I dealt with that day were courteous and professional. I would definitely use Fair Oaks Ford again in the future when I am ready for another vehicle. Thank you so much! More

How much i enjoyed buying my new car.. Fair oaks Ford Lincoln was a good Experience, i purchased a 2015 ford fusion and its a nice car, i haven't had ant issues yet with the car.
