OUTSTANDING Customer Service; Customer for 10+ years For over a decade I have been coming to THIS dealership and ONLY this dealership. I moved into the area back in 2005; back then I was bringing in my For over a decade I have been coming to THIS dealership and ONLY this dealership. I moved into the area back in 2005; back then I was bringing in my graduate-school mobile, a 1994 Mercury Topaz(!), in for service. Even over a decade ago, Dave Wargo (service) would take the time explain everything to me (and my dad!) so I could understand the service that was needed on my old car. Once I could afford a new car, in late 2007, I purchased my FIRST new car at this dealership, a 2008 Mercury Mariner. I brought my car into this dealership for all of my maintenance throughout the four years or so I owned the car. Never was I disappointed. In 2012, I leased my first Lincoln (a 2013 MKX) from Jeremy Bloom. I remember back then he took the time to allow me to drive around in both the new Ford Escapes and the Lincoln MKX's to make sure that I was making the right decision (as Mercury was no longer then). Last month, I traded in my old lease for a new one, a 2016 MKX. I made sure that I could make an appointment with Jeremy, since he made my car-buying experience such a good one. Jeremy spent the good part of the day to make sure that I was getting exactly the car that I wanted... NEVER did I feel pressure to buy something that I didn't want to, or spend my money on a package/addition that wasn't needed. I was upfront with him on what I could afford, and he was very clear about the different packages available for the MKX and how each of those additions would impact what I needed to provide up front and my monthly lease payment. I feel the Jeremy was willing to do whatever he could to make sure that I would have the car that would keep me happy... even if it meant locating a car at another dealership. That day I ended up driving my new car off the lot, completely happy with my decision. It's now been a month and a half that I've had the car, and I still remain very satisfied. Since I chose to return to Fair Oaks, I know exactly what to expect: a team of employees working together to help me have the best car-buying and effortless maintenance throughout the lifetime of my lease. In late 2018 I know that I will back to this exact dealership for my next lease. I could not imagine going elsewhere. More

Craig Holsman seemed very straightforward and to the point without the regular make believe haggling. While the price may not have been the very best price, I feel I received a fair price as the dealer is there to make money and I paid what I was willing to for that particular vehicle. There was an issue with the car as far as some blemishes on the moulding when we came to pick it up, and Serafin Castelan did get it taken care of. Nice job. Might have purchased an ESP if it wasn't so expensive. More

Although the car is somewhat "vintage" and was not purchased from them the Fair Oaks team has treated it like a brand-new new car and has treated me as a valued customer. I have never had a problem with any service they have performed and I am happy to give them my highest recommendation. More
