Great service from Fair Oaks Ford and Craig Holsman I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville, IL. Internet Salesman Craig Holsman was very helpful, and, when we realized I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville, IL. Internet Salesman Craig Holsman was very helpful, and, when we realized that there was not a Fusion on the Fair Oaks lot which had the features I wanted at a price that I was willing to pay, he was able to find one at a dealer in a neighboring state. We negotiated what I considered to be an attractive purchase price for me, and he then acquired that vehicle and had it delivered to Fair Oaks by the next day. I returned to Fair Oaks the following day and we completed the purchase. Craig had to leave after the paper work had been completed, and his associate, salesman Jake Lambert very patiently tried to teach this old man how to use the "gee whizz" gadgets that new cars have these days. Both men were great, and I highly recommend Fair Oaks Ford. More
