The service rep let me about it before having it done...I appreciated that. My only comment is that for "just" an oil change, the charge is $47; if you have "The Works" done, it's $39.95. Plus any coupon discount cannot be applied to "The Works"; even a $10 coupon off for a regular oil change is not advantageous vs. "The Works". I think having just an oil change should be a lot less; other places charge $19.95 (basic - no synthetic). More
