I went to the Roesch and then Rizza dealerships and both times left with my unopened checkbook in hand as they tried to pull fairly blatant bait-and-switch tactics. I don't take kindly to my time being wasted, so strongly recommend against the aforementioned dealers. Enter Fair Oaks near Naperville, to whom I was referred by the Costco auto program. I worked with Craig Holsman, who was exactly what you'd want in a salesman...fair, honest, and not pushy. I went in on a busy Saturday and was able to test drive the car I was interested in without being babysat or pressured. Craig then helped me source the exact specs (color, etc.) at a very good price. A few days later I had my dream car, and the follow-up by Craig and Ford has been great as well. All in all, extremely well worth the extra distance and very deserving of five stars. I've driven Volvos for years as a "main" car and the way Fair Oaks treated me and my wife opened our eyes to the possibility of Fords in the future as well. More

Easiest car buying yet. We came in with an idea of test driving a Fusion and Taurus. The sales person had this done within half an hour.
