After the introduction I was I saw the ad on the internet and made an appointment with Craig Holsman. Went to the Fair Oaks Ford dealer in Naperville. After the introduction I was offered to test drive the Ford Edge I saw on the internet. I was more than satisfied with the ride and we sat down to discuss pricing. It was all laid out with no hidden surprises. The quote was better than anything I was offered at other dealerships. I was offered a fair price for my trade in. My wife and I happily signed all the paperwork and went on to drive the new Ford Edge home. The whole staff were all very accommodating and helpful.
