Customer Service, from Sales to Delivery, Great Experience! I was in the market to purchase a new Ford Explorer. The salesperson I worked was Pam Hammersmith. and she was awesome to do business with. She had great follow up on my questions and found me the vehicle I was looking for. The evening I picked up my new truck, I dealt with the Customer Relations Manager, Bob Wojtan, to go over warranty info and he was very accommodating to be sure I had answers to all my questions. Both added a personal touch to make buying a new vehicle a great experience. I would definitely recommend Fair Oaks to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Explorer at Fair Oaks Ford Craig was awesome as he got us the right Explorer configuration at our target price and in a timely fashion.
