They gave me a good trade-in price, all available discounts (I didn't even have to ask for them), they explained my options and provided excellent instructions on how to use all the new features on this car. I am sure it will take me another year to figure out all the options and how to best drive this vehicle. I financed the loan with them because they were able to beat my previously arranged loan with my credit union and I thought the credit union's deal was the best I could get, yet they gave me an even better rate. Since I just got the car (three days ago) I have no input on their service facility yet--more to come at another appropriate time. Thanks again for your great service so far. More

Seriously though, well seriously Craig did talk CB radio talk in trying to sell us a vehicle; he claimed that band of radio was making a comeback. However when it became obvious that we weren't relating (@ least the mrs wasn't relating), Craig resorted to his professional demeanor in selling FORD to us. Both Craig and Jeremy both seriously knew about all the FORD and Lincoln products - a truly impressive team. Sales at this dealership is consultative in nature, and not a "used car salesperson" approach. Since buyers today are much more inherently knowledgable about vehicles, car selling today has to be more about navigating buyers into the right car, SUV, warranty program... (& less about trying to "sell" a vehicle.)... Craig and Jeremy were a hit with us. They are highly recommendied as the right team to buy a vehicle from. Go buy something from them! The only negative experience is when at the end of the sale, Craig gave us a cassette copy of his weekend garage band music - Criag specializes in the Bango (which he hasn't quite mastered yet). I had researched the type of car I wanted and new exactly what I was looking for when I went in. Pam Hammersmith went out of her way to make sure she found exactly what I wanted as quickly as possible. I purchase my cars on the A plan but this was the first year since my husband died that I used the plan and everyone went over and above to help me connect to the correct site to obtain my pin number. When I picked up my new car Pam spent time with me to make sure I understood completely how to operate all the new functions and that I had all appliances connected. John Krajnovich the General Manager was great he explained everything to me related to financing to make sure I understood everything. Robert Wojtan explained all service options to me and made sure I knew when to return for appointments. I would recommend Fair Oaks for all you automotive needs. More
