I have purchased several vehicles from Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln over the last few years and believe they are the best group around. They work to get you the best price with none of the silly back and forth that others do. They are both super and the consummate professionals. Additionally, in my opinion, one of their strong suits is you can trust them - they are old fashion "our word is our bond" guys - how cool is that today? I will continue to buy from Fair Oaks and have already bought six vehicles from them. Next is Bob, he is top flight and works with you to get the vehicle to you in pristine condition. If there is an issue he handles it. I had a remote start issue that no one could fix and in typical Bob fashion he said, "I got a guy." He did and took care of it. I enjoy dealing with him and trust him, not to mention some great vacation tips from him too. The service department is the best. The bottom line is, buy a Ford or Lincoln, and buy from Fair Oaks and you will never go anywhere else again. I certainly won't. Kim W More

I was very impressed with this dealership. I have bought several cars from other dealers in the area over the years, but I will never go anywhere else for a new car. I had to come in after work, so my family and I showed up near closing time, but regardless they never rushed us and they even brought several cars into the building so we could see the different models and colors available. I have never felt so comfortable buying a car. After I chose the 2014 Ford Focus Clint did everything he could to get us a great deal on our new car. He showed us a variety of financing options and guided us to the one that gave us the perfect payments for us. We also got a great deal on some of their other services and we even got a free auto-start out of the deal! I am looking forward to this option as I have never had it before. He is someone that you need to keep! He is so enthusiastic about his job, serving us and about Ford. Love the guy (I think it is Robert Wojtan) who sells the protection products. He was great with my teenagers who were with me to sign all of the paperwork. He has good jokes. Lol.
