What I liked most about this dealership was that they were quick to respond. I contacted them via internet and had an almost immediate reply. I was looking for a hassle free and price friendly dealership. I put in quote requests at many dealerships, some didn't even respond back which I think is ridiculous, but the ones that did were either dealership. So I put my purchase on hold for a while. However, Craig did reply originally and kept up with friendly reminders over the course of a few months. Finally I got back in touch with him and decided to work with him. The process was smooth and painless. I new what I wanted, he provided exactly that and gave it to me within the price I wanted to pay for it. Not only that, but he had all the paper work ready for me when I came in and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. I do have to accredit that to Paul. Paul was very accommodating, knowledgeable about the MKZ and did not waist my time. He got me from A-Z with all the paperwork in record time and made the experience very enjoyable.
