I purchased a Ford Fusion in late December. I first made contact through the Ford website and was directed to Craig. Upon receiving pricing, I decided to visit the dealership and was made very welcome, Craig was quick to greet us and show us some cars on the lot comparable to what we were looking for. He then spent some time locating a car that matched our desired list and quickly set about procuring it. Despite being over the holiday week, Craig was able to get a car delivered in a few days and was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, Craig was not there when the car was delivered but he made regular contact to let us know another sales rep would handle the purchase. Paul, was also extremely welcoming and worked with us to complete the purchase. He then spent a healthy amount of time working through the sync system with us and showing us the great depth of features that it offers.
