I never felt pressured or rushed. Steve made me feel like a friend. He let me test drive another vehicle similar to the one I wanted and verified when my car would be delivered and worked with me in a very sincere way. Steve called me the moment the car arrived and I was able to pick it up the next day. Paul was great at explaining the additional protection on the car and gave me a great deal. I also received great cooperation from the man who finalized the papers and gave me an extended warranty. Overall it was a great experience!!! I have already recommended them to a family member. More

He sat in the car with me and made sure I understood all the new features I was unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new Ford or Lincoln. The only thing I would change is the length of time I had to spend with the customer service guy and the finance guy. I understand that it is their job to try to sell me additional protection and maintenance for the car but it was a lot of time spent for something I wasn't interested in. Other than that, I would go back again and recommend Fair Oaks and especially Bobby Deanda. More
