I worked wtih Craig Holsman, internet sales, to order my new 2013 Escape. We talked and emailed and never needed to meet until I came in to pick it up. I received a trade in offer for my existing 2009 Flex Limited which prompted me to check out the 2013 Flex limited. I absolutely love the Flex and only wanted to buy new if I got a great deal. It took a little longer than I would have liked to actually purchase the new car and the car was not as clean as I would have liked when it was getting delivered but I am still very happy. More

In addition, the transaction went quickly and smoothly, and, most importantly, as expected. There weren't any "hidden costs" or fees that popped up mid-transaction. We just purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Jeremy Bloom. Jeremy was wonderful as he took the time to explain all the options and helped us to stay within budget. It was a welcoming experience to not be pushed into buying a car with bells and whistles we didn't want or need. The only complaint was the night we went to pick up our car. They direct you to two men who try to sell additional features. I would suggest giving paperwork on the extended warranty options prior to pick up so that the customer has time to peruse these to make an informed decision. All in all I would highly recommend Jeremy and Fair Oaks Ford. Thanks! More
