We just purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Jeremy Bloom. Jeremy was wonderful as he took the time to explain all the options and helped us to stay within budget. It was a welcoming experience to not be pushed into buying a car with bells and whistles we didn't want or need. The only complaint was the night we went to pick up our car. They direct you to two men who try to sell additional features. I would suggest giving paperwork on the extended warranty options prior to pick up so that the customer has time to peruse these to make an informed decision. All in all I would highly recommend Jeremy and Fair Oaks Ford. Thanks! More
