I have been a Ford customer for many years now, and I have always had nothing but the best service at Fair Oaks Ford. I was incredibly humbled this evening as I was able to purchase a 2020 Edge, which le have always had nothing but the best service at Fair Oaks Ford. I was incredibly humbled this evening as I was able to purchase a 2020 Edge, which let me tell you, was an incredibly daunting task when we first began. I absolutely LOVED my 207 Escape when I leased it in 2016, and I was eager to test drive the 2020 Escape. To my surprise, I ended up loving the 2020 Edge more than the Escape. The new safety features are what sold me on the Edge. The massive screen, backup camera, lane assist, pre-collision breaking, 911 automatic dial upon collision, these were all things that were incredibly important to me. After being in a car accident I am struggling with driving anxiety, to an extreme, and knowing that my car can now do all these things to help me keep safe will hopefully, allow me to not be so afraid to drive a car. I cannot eve express my gratitude to Bob and John. They made the impossible, possible and I was thrilled to be driving off the lot in a new car. The patience that both of them have is unbelievable, and not once did I feel pressured or rushed. I am grateful and appreciate of absolutely all the efforts made to be able to put me into a new car.
