I told them that my water pump was leaking and needed to know if it was covered under the tdi warranty and was told that it needed to come in for them to check it out. Paid $100 to have them tell me the wat know if it was covered under the tdi warranty and was told that it needed to come in for them to check it out. Paid $100 to have them tell me the water pump was leaking and it wasn’t covered under warranty. Awful way to steal $100 from a customer. A customer that will never be back to Fairfield. More
