Well Tim Mitchell like I said on yelp I never told yall the wrong info I said good to excellent I also told you and your finance manager and mitt and your sales man it was a 1500 and they asked if it was diesel I said no how about you cussing me out in front of my 68 yr old mother o by the way what yall fail to understand I have witnesses to both of these events happening from me signing the paper work with the info I told you and your employees about sir. Lets see lets also talk about the I'll call u back in an hour. Lets see I had to call u and u were at lunch. Yeah 2an half hour to 3 hours later I finally got a phone call. Yourself and your employees also stated they were the one who made the mistake so like I said before we will let the right people handle this problem. If u go here Beware they love the bait and switch on the customers. Have a bless day.

Fallon Ford-Toyota responded

The Fallon Auto Mall won the Nevada Dealer of the Year for 2013 on DealerRater which is based on customer satisfaction. Mr. Beck unfortunately misrepresented his trade while we did an estimated off site appraisal. We were concerned that he did not bring the trade to the dealership but gave him an estimate on what he said was a 6.0L diesel 3/4 ton truck in perfect condition. When the truck did show up, it was a 5.3L gas engine 1/2 ton. Obviously this is a completely different vehicle. We called the bank and tried to work with the rate and the approval amount. This took time. We also reduced the sale price of the vehicle more than $2,000 for what would have been a loss to try and get the deal done. At the end of the day, we are not the bank and we can only put a value on the actual vehicle being traded in....not on what a customer describes to us. We have been in business for over 50 years and just received the Churchill County Business of the Year for 2013 by the Northern Nevada Development Authority. On September 24th, 2013 we received a Certificate of Senatorial Recognition, Congressional Recognition, and Certificate of Commendation from our United States Senators for our 'Pay It Forward Program'. These are the facts and this will be our only response. We are not interested in arguing but we do feel that it is necessary to respond with what actually happened.
