My experience with Falmouth Toyota was outstanding! I have been buying cars for over 30 years, and Falmouth Toyota was by far the best experience that I've had. I usually dislike shopping for cars because of prior negative experiences; however, Falmouth Toyota was a pleasant surprise. They were not high pressured, they were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and most important to me was their honesty. Manufacturer recall. I recently returned from Florida and received a notice about my 2015 Rav4 Toyota being recalled. I called Falmouth Toyota explained I did not purchas I recently returned from Florida and received a notice about my 2015 Rav4 Toyota being recalled. I called Falmouth Toyota explained I did not purchase the car from them, but had a recall notice. They were very accommodating and set up an appointment for me, at my convenience so they could check out the problem. I brought the car in, the service rep. explained what would happen and gave me choices in case the car needed to be repaired. After less then 40 minutes I was notified by the service rep, that all was well and my car needed no further repair/replacement parts. I can tell you if I need any service again before returning to Florida next Fall, I would certainly return to Falmouth Toyota. Unfortunately, I do not remember the service rep.name. but if he is an example of the people they have working there, I know I will never have any problems. More

All of them were good experiences but on this day we stopped at the dealership and Jared, one of the service reps quickly tested, ID'd the issue, and ordered the part. Since the car isn't driven everyday (sometimes it sits for weeks at a time) we set up an appointment for the car the following week. We dropped the car off a day later than the scheduled appointment thought it would take a number of hours to fix but he fit me right in and the car was ready to go in about 45 minutes. Courtesy, Quality and know how. Highly recommend Falmouth Toyota service department. More

I had a couple of minor requests that were a bit out of the ordinary and Falmouth Toyota's attitude was "sure, no problem," or "we'd be happy to do that." Three other dealers rather abruptly refused. Falmouth Toyota recognizes that we are in the internet age. The basics of my deal were done by instant messaging. The first contact was Shallana Medina, who was very careful to clarify exactly what I wanted, and she did not attempt to lead me in any other directions. This first contact was important; I knew what I wanted. Later, it took five or ten minutes to work out the deal with Keith Stanger--again by instant messaging. A few days later I needed a ride to the dealership by the very pleasant Rihanna. The friendly and upbeat Coby Signs handed the final details efficiently and before long I was on my way. To top it off, a couple of days later I even received a phone call from ownership (Matt Murphy) to ask how things were going. More

Both sales and service, above and beyond any one else I have ever dealt with. I am 73 years old by the way. Your life depends on the safety of the car you drive. I trust them and they have always done quality work. I expect them to let me know if I am missing something, and they do. Their customer survey asks if the service was exceptional. I wrote and told them that their very high quality of service was their norm and they should change their survey question to ask if the service was of the highest quality, which it is. You will spend one day buying a Toyota and many days having routine service over the next ten or fifteen years of ownership. Our Toyota cars, trucks and SUV vehicles will last 200,000 miles plus. I am a snow bird. My 2005 RAV4 just drove me and my wife from Florida to Arizona and then to Cape Cod. About 5,000 miles. Route I-10 West of San Antonio, Texas is posted 80 mph. The little car just flew along at that speed without any complaints. Overall gas milage for the trip was good too. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Oh, by the way, we just bought a new RAV4 as I gave my 2004 Highlander to my son. It is still going strong. Below it asks for the reason for the visit. He also made it clear we could call or visit him anytime we had a question about the vehicle. This was the 1st time the finance department was only interested in getting me the best rate on the loan. Which she did. In other dealerships the finance dept.was trying to sell useless clear coating for the new vehicle or extended warrantees because their maintainance department only swapped out parts and were not truly qualified mechanics Falmouth Toyota is the best. I have had 3 vehicles maintained by their service department and all the work was top shelf. Bill Borden More

I looked at other hybrids and my research brought me back to the Prius....I had been looking for about 6 months...in other states, on EBay ( I have purchased 5 vehicles this way) and all over New England. I was very specific about what features I was looking for and usually buy a used certified vehicle a year old.....I was contacted by a sales person by e-mail....he first searched for a 2014 with my specifications and also came up with nothing. He then outlined the financing and discounts being offered on a 2015....I did some checking at MA and RI dealerships on a similar car then went in to the dealership. Nicholas met me at the door, didn't futz around with me. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to negotiate on. We got right down to business....he gave me additional options available to me but never pressured me to purchase anything I wasn't interested in.....transaction was smooth, transition to the new vehicle was smooth.....I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I intend to return in 5 years....perhaps an all electric Rav 4 by then? Thanks to all of you. More
