Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Above and Beyond I have been using Falmouth Toyota since 2012. I had just moved back to the USA after spending five years in Singapore. They're tops.. We purchased our 2009 Highlander from Evans Toyota in Fort Wayne and they were great. I started with a simple fact finding email which was answered promptly and professionally. I scheduled an appointment, met with Nick Schmit and leased my new 2015 Rav4. Nick explained everything leaving me with no unanswered questions. Everyone I met from the finance people to the service manager were top notch pro and friendly sincere people. Getting a call from Matt Murphy on Saturday morning to thank me for my business was an unexpected but not surprising event given the whole experience. Falmouth Toyota has a customer for life with me. Within minutes I was picked up by their very personable and friendly driver, Rhiannon, and I was home before I knew it. She's a great driver, too! She also came for me at end of day and returned me to the dealership to pick up my car. The whole experience was extremely positive, and I'm very pleased with how well the car is running now. More
