There is no pressure, they provide you with everything you need to know to make your decision and then let you take your time to do it. They don't try to sell you something you don't want just because it's what they have on the lot. They don't play games with price on your trade in or on the new vehicle. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. More
I had been researching new Toyota Avalon Hybrid vehicles I had been researching new Toyota Avalon Hybrid vehicles on Cape Cod, having had a great experience with my 2011 Avalon Limited. I was looking for I had been researching new Toyota Avalon Hybrid vehicles on Cape Cod, having had a great experience with my 2011 Avalon Limited. I was looking for 2013 leftover hybrid vehicles and I discovered two dealers who had them within a 75 mile radius of my home. The two were McGee Toyota in Hanover and Falmouth Toyota. I had done the Consumer Reports research and having had two previous Avalons, was not only aware of the vehicle, but was satisfied. I was interested in the Hybrid for obvious reasons, and was comparing dealership offerings on their respective websites. I started at McGee because they had a Hybrid 2013 touring edition at the same price as Falmouth's 2013 Hybrid XLE. I should have know right there that there was an issue. I contacted McGee and spoke with Channing, the internet Sales Manager. They had to return my call to see if the car was still in stock. Upon calling back, they informed me that it was in stock, and we set up an appointment for the following Saturday. When I arrived at their dealership, they transferred me to a new salesperson. I informed him that I too was a salesman, and that I just wanted bottom line, without the ever annoying good cop bad cop routing of multiple visits to the Sales Manager. He returned to give me his best price which was $6,000 higher than the internet price. When I questioned him, he doubted the price and we looked online together to verify that I was correct. He danced around the issue to inform me that I would have to qualify for every possible rebate and incentive, including new college graduate, etc. I informed him that I was headed to Falmouth Toyota to buy a similar car. Frankly, he could of cared less, except to say if Falmouth doesn't work out come back! Fat chance of that ever happening. After that terrible customer service experience with McGee Toyota, I made a call to Falmouth. Jack Moloney who I had spoken to earlier in the week was not on, but his associate Craig Kinney was available. I was met at the door by a very pleasant gentlemen, Tom (who happens to be the owner's son, working the door greeting!) who led me to Craig. I told Craig of my situation and asked immediately if their internet prices were bottom line, or like the, in my opinion, unethical folks at McGee, laced with unobtainable incentives and rebates. He assured me immediately that the internet price was indeed the sales price! He was not surprised at my story, I guess it happens more than a few times. Craig was a consummate professional, introducing me to both Matt Murphy, General Sales Manager and Tom Murphy, both of whom are the owner's sons. Craig set me up with a test drive while they appraises my car, and when I returned, I was presented with the bottom line price along with a very acceptable trade value for my vehicle. We made the deal immediately! I optioned body side moldings and made an appointment to pick the car up in a few days. Yesterday I went to pick up the car, and met Jack Moloney, whom I first met over the phone. Jack was personable, friendly and very attuned the his clients needs. Both Jack and Craig are professional, friendly, and are excellent examples of fair and honest salesmen. The entire Falmouth Toyota team obviously takes their reputation very seriously, and have little room for lack of ethics in their industry. They all apologized the situation at another Toyota dealership, and assured me that the experience with Falmouth Toyota would be one of trust and honesty. I believe that all consumers just want to be treated with respect and I feel that the entire Team at Falmouth Toyota embodied that. I can recommend them wholeheartedly and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More
From the time I entered the dealership I felt as if I had reconnected with old friends. From the young lady cleaning the snow in the lot to the persons inside the show room I was greeted warmly. I felt absolutely no pressure to close any sort of deal at any time. This is exactly why I chose this dealership. Finally, when they presented an offer and financing I couldn't say no. Not once did I hear the words "let me talk to my manager". Coby was easy to work with and I would recommend him any time. The same with Ray. Amy explained everything carefully and completely. After an unpleasant dealing with another Toyota dealer, I ended up contacting Falmouth Toyota for a certified used Sequoia , Their pricing, fees and honest and friendly attitude, lead me to drive over 300 m ended up contacting Falmouth Toyota for a certified used Sequoia , Their pricing, fees and honest and friendly attitude, lead me to drive over 300 miles (one way ) from my home to their dealership, The Falmouth's financing agent Amy was extremely helpful and organized both over the phone and in person, and Craig, my salesman, made sure I knew everything I needed to ,or wanted to know about the vehicle before he programed my Bluetooth. It was nice to leave( with a full tank of gas) happy and excited about my purchase, then to feel sucker punched by a dealership that haggles you on price and fees . More

I worked with Brian and he answered questions and explained things very clearly. I chose to finance a portion of the sale and that too was very clearly explained and the process very easy. i highly recommend working with Brian Nascarella and Falmouth Toyota. i feel I got a good deal and I can easy see why they are held in high regards with their service and reputation. This was our first visit to Falmouth Toyota. We were just beginning the search for a car to replace a much loved Buick Lesabre which, unfortunately, isn't made anymore. Car shopping is one of our least just beginning the search for a car to replace a much loved Buick Lesabre which, unfortunately, isn't made anymore. Car shopping is one of our least favorite activities and we researched online beforehand to try and make the usual, horrendous process easier. Our long time mechanic had suggested we test drive a Camry since he felt it would offer similar comfort, etc. as our Lesabre. After reading a positive review of Falmouth Toyota and sales manager, Anthony Spagone we decided to head over to the dealership and test drive a Camry. From the time we walked in the door and met Mr. Spagone we immediately relaxed. He sat with us and went over their process and then introduced us to our salesperson, Townsend Wells. Townsend was patient, knowledgeable and showed us new and previously owned vehicles. There was absolutely no pressure to buy 'new' vs. used and he and Anthony provided us with all the 'figures' on paper so we could compare and make a decision with all the facts in front of us. We decided on a 2012 Camry XLE which had low mileage and was in pristine condition and to use our Buick as a trade. The entire process went smoothly without any foolish running back and forth with sale price numbers as often happens in dealerships. Townsend kept us informed and also has made follow-up calls. The financing was also very efficient. Peter Cavicchi the dealership's Business Manager is also a professional, patiently taking us through the process, giving us all needed information and choices without any pressure. It is unusual for us to write a review for a car dealership and their employees but since the experience was such a positive one we thought it would be nice to let others know that there are dealerships out there that are fair and honest to work with. We would definitely recommend Falmouth Toyota and it is why we have given the high ratings. If you decide to make a visit ask for Anthony Spagone and Townsend Wells and Peter Cavicchi for financing. The only issue we ran across in the purchase of this The only issue we ran across in the purchase of this vehicle was that Mark F. indicated that the 2013 RAV4 XLE came with the Sirius The only issue we ran across in the purchase of this vehicle was that Mark F. indicated that the 2013 RAV4 XLE came with the Sirius XM radio package. After I took delivery we discovered that this was not the case!! The only option so far is to add a separate satellite receiver with the associated wires, peripherals, etc. that will not operate conveniently through the existing radio speakers. Not what I really want to do is spend more $ on an option that was thought to be included and clutter the dash with the receiver. Mark made an honest error and has been very helpful along with John in an attempt to rectify this situation but the fact remains I'm not eager to purchase a separate receiver and have it installed in the vehicle. I understand Toyota "may be" coming out with a integrated SirriusXM add-on in the near future however, if/when that becomes a viable option I will still ruminate with the current alternative. More
Bought a 2006 4runner a week ago and so far seems to be a great truck. Jack and Ken were very easy to deal with during the process. Ken drives the same truck, different year so he was intimately familiar with the functions and continued to give me tips even after I commited to the purchase. He even called me yesterday to see how the truck was treating me and if I had any issues. Even thought I live in RI I would drive back to Falmouth to buy again. More

Knowledgeable, honest & respectful - especially of my budget! As a women I brace myself for a "bad" experience & aggressive salesmen as soon as I walk in the door. There was none of that! Jack was personable, he actually listened to what I wanted, didn't pressure me in any way. He allowed me to drive as many vehicles as I wanted & felt I needed to. I was looking for a used vehicle & at other dealerships, salesmen treated me as if it was a waste of their time to work with me because I wasn't buying new or leasing. Jack wasn't like that. He didn't insult me or try & sell me a car or items I didn't want or need but more importantly, he allowed me to take my time in making my decision. He explained the "negotiation process" to me and introduced me to the GM, Matt Murphy. Through the entire process Jack & Matt were honest & patient, taking the time to show and explain the costs involved in the purchase. Initially we couldn't agree on a price within my budget. Both Matt & Jack didn't insult my intelligence, didn't pressure me, offered me options & when I felt I just wasn't ready to make the purchase, allowed me to leave, again without insulting me or pressuring me. They respected my need to take my time and think about the offer we discussed. I needed to do this and had I been treated any differently, I never would have come back. The end result is that I was able to purchase a vehicle in excellent condition at what I feel is an excellent value with a terrific warranty! Jack made the entire process as smooth as possible - doing all the paperwork & working with my schedule. My car was immaculate & ready for me when promised! As before, Jack came through again, explaining all necessary paperwork to me and walking me through the vehicle before I drove away. Matt took the time to come out & thank me as well. I could not have hoped for or received a better experience! I will definitely return when needed to have my car service at Falmouth Toyota and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car! Thanks again Jack & Matt!
