Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

I went to Falmouth Toyota to trade in my 2008 Scion XB. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Anthony Spagone. Just bought a 2001 Toyota Tundra and had it shipped all the way from Bourne, MA to Salt Lake City, Utah (Over 2000 Miles) I saw the Truck posted on Auto-trader, sent in an inquiry and within a few hours ha the way from Bourne, MA to Salt Lake City, Utah (Over 2000 Miles) I saw the Truck posted on Auto-trader, sent in an inquiry and within a few hours had a response from Anthony Spagone, who was knowledgeable and very helpful... after a bit of research I decided to make an offer, The price was already Fair but we negotiated a few hundred dollars off and he threw in a ball to go with the hitch, I was a bit concerned about buying an 11 year old used truck 41,000 miles (crazy low) but coming from a Toyota dealership and one with a good reputation I decided to take a chance. I am very pleased with the Truck, it looks as good or better than the photos depicted it is in amazing shape and was a great purchase. I looked heavily at the reviews i could find on Falmouth Toyota and it really influenced my decision to buy, it made me wonder a bit because they have nearly a perfect 5 star record (Which I my self will give them a 5 star rating) however i think they do deserve it. The service was good, the price was fair, staff (Anthony Spagone) was professorial especially buying the Truck site unseen, and they made it very easy to buy a truck from over 2000 miles away. I would buy from them again. More
