First off I would like to say that I went to Falmouth Toyota because of their price they were advertising for the Camry that I bought. The sales person Anthony Spagone was knowledgable about the car I was interested in. He was also not a "pushy" sales person. I liked that. The dealership overall was very clean inside and outside. Even the parts specialist was friendly. I had to get a pair of all weather mats for my fathers Prius, which no other dealer closer to me had. That was great. Falmouth Toyota has an excellent reputation in our community as being a family-owned business that takes care of their customers in a professional and personable manner. I had been with Audi vehicles community as being a family-owned business that takes care of their customers in a professional and personable manner. I had been with Audi vehicles for several years, but decided to switch and give Toyota a try. The dealership was great to deal with. My salesman, Anthony Spagone, is extremely friendly and very calm to work with. Although the initial vehicle I wanted to purchase had been sold the day prior to my arrival, he and his team were able to locate an identical vehicle in a neighboring state and have it delivered to me within a few days. Anthony did a very nice job explaining the features of the new car when it arrived and also offered to me to contact him at anytime in the future should I need help with questions or service appointments should the service department be tied up. I also enjoyed working with Peter who is their Finance Manager. Peter called me at home a couple of days prior to the vehicle delivery to review my finance options and he made recommendations to me that I felt were in my best interest and not focused on what might have been in the dealership's interest. He also ensured that I brought with me the necessary documents for my trade-in. It has been a very enjoyable experience. More
