Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. That is why you continually see the same faces everytime you come here for service or sales and we see the same customers over and over again. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.
Your sales experience here will be different than anything else you will experience at another dealership. Our salespeople know their product and have all been with us for several years. Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

This is our second Toyota purchased from Falmouth Toyota. Anthony Spagone was by far the nicest sales consultant we have ever done business with. Today (10/5/11) I visited Falmouth Toyota for perhaps the 6th time over the past four years or so. I am 45 years old, and I have no friends or relatives who work at this dealership. Nevertheless, in my opi 6th time over the past four years or so. I am 45 years old, and I have no friends or relatives who work at this dealership. Nevertheless, in my opinon, Falmouth Toyota is the most amazing business I have ever encountered in any category. I hear many commercials on local radio, wherein the owner of Falmouth Toyota, Matt Murphy, touts his dealership's focus on customer. Many other busiesses pay for similar commercials. Falmouth Toyota, however, is among perhaps .000001% of business which publically commit to customer satisfaction that actually delivers. And it delivers to a degree which makes me pinch myself to make sure that I'm not in a make-believe world of some kind. I have numerous specific examples of outstanding customer service, and personal interaction with the Falmouth Toyota staff, particularly in service, that would fill several pages. All of it can be summmed up, however, by repeating that this is the most pleasurable and customer care oriented business I have ever encountered in my life. Bravo to Falmouth Toyota, and I hope that you all keep up the GREAT work. You are a true gem on Cape Cod, and a valued member of the Cape Cod Community. Oh, and thank you!!! More

I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I had a great experience here. I had been searching for a truck for 3 months and this is where my search ended. We purchased a brand new 2011 Tacoma from Falmouth Toyota. As part of the purchase, we traded a 2005 Toyota Tundra that we bought from Falmouth Toyota in 2008. Both purchasing experiences were fanta Toyota. As part of the purchase, we traded a 2005 Toyota Tundra that we bought from Falmouth Toyota in 2008. Both purchasing experiences were fantastic and both times we dealt exclusively with Ken Collings. Ken was very professional yet made our buying experience very personal. He clearly answered all of our questions and provided us with all the material necessary to help us make an informed purchase. This will be our 5th Toyota purchase and we are looking forward to enjoying our new Toyota Tacoma. As always, when we are ready for our next Toyota, we will be stopping by Falmouth Toyota to see Ken.
