My daughter (who has been saving for her first car) was with me since we had planned to shop later that day - you just know you're doing something right when you can get a nineteen year old girls attention away from her IPhone long enough to comment on the service department area, the "awesome" waiting room, short wait time AND say she wants to buy her car there! I dealt mostly with Townsend Wells. They evaluated the damage quickly, had the part there and ready to install before the insurance adjuster appeared. They then repaired the car quickly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in every way including a ride from the Hertz when I returned to collect my car. More

The Falmouth Toyota team reminds me of that perpetual winning team you would go up against (pick a sport) when you were younger.
