We had a scheduled appointment for service. Our employee brought the brand new truck there as scheduled. He sat there for 30 minutes and then was told, we don't have the part for the job! They're good at some things but often ignore or forget the little things that make a job complete. I worked in the aircraft industry as a Tool & Die Maker for more then four decades and understand the devil is in the details. Apparently, they don't. No - I did not call them to complain.
