I had an excellent buying experience at Family Ford of Enfield. My salesman was 'Billy Mac' who was extremely helpful and easy to talk with. He answered all questions to my satisfaction. I purchased a new F-250 and traded my vehicle in as well at a generous price. And the final paperwork was still completed on time even though their phone lines and internet were interrupted due to hurricane damage. Everyone at Family Ford made my 1.5 hour drive worth while. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Did a good job. Had to return to reattach loose part but everything works. Rediculous mark up on parts. $500 part charged over $900. A trip to the dealer can empty a bank account. Trying out different Ford dealerships because the one I have been using service changed with the new owner. Looking to buy a new Ford but I want to buy from a dealer that has good service. The staff was nice and service was prompt. The only complaint would be for the app. I reported the app is not working with the car. The advisor told me to call Ford after not finding what was causing the issue. When arrived home I called Ford and they told me my firmware needs to be updated and that can only be done at the dealership. It was kind upsetting that this couldn’t be solved at the original visit.
