Family Ford is an appropriate name. I felt like family there. My salesman was very nice and patient and not pushy at all. I've dealt with car salesman who clearly want to sell me the most expensive car there. My salesman was very nice and patient and not pushy at all. They were very informative and open to negotiation but it wasn't really needed. I like their low-pressure approach and were clearly in helping me and took my interests seriously. Very pleasant personnel in service department. Was assisted as soon as I walked into service. Female that waited on me was very pleasant and courteous. When servicing was done it was explained to me assisted as soon as I walked into service. Female that waited on me was very pleasant and courteous. When servicing was done it was explained to me what was done. Also explained that next time I come I can pull into service bay instead of parking in lot. This will be nice on a rainy or snowy day. I would like to add that the new building is very nice. Nice waiting area with comfortable seating. More
