While I absolutely love my new vehicle I do think that the sales person should have had more knowledge on the vehicle's features than what he stated the vehicle was equipped with. I was told by him that t the sales person should have had more knowledge on the vehicle's features than what he stated the vehicle was equipped with. I was told by him that the vehicle had under the seat storage but that is not true for the model that I purchased. I was also told the vehicle had a portable table but again not true theses features are for the bigger model. These and some other little perks I was excited about but did not get. I was dissapointed after purchase to find out my vehicle was falsely represented and did not have them. I still love my BRONCO ! It took me forever to figure out how to use the GPS system with my phone as the fuse was blown in the vehicle. And the sales person did not know how to use the system . While sitting at Sarat Ford Agawam ( I am from MA. )waiting to get an inspection sticker an employee from family ford Enfield came in to get an inspection sticker for a vehicle someone purchased from family Ford, I asked oh that's funny how come I am here getting my own and you are here getting a vehicle inspected for someone. The answer I got was it all depends on who you are this is for a friend of the owner so I guess my money is not as good as the friend of the owner. I also left a bag In the back of the car I traded I called the next day to retrieve it but was told there was no bag over there My mistake I should have checked before leaving the car.
