I brought my F350 diesel in for some routine maintenance, but the tech found a serious leak in the oil cooler. My service rep, Greg, was able to get me a loaner vehicle and worked to quickly obtain the nec but the tech found a serious leak in the oil cooler. Bought a 2012 F350 that sat 400 days ,..been in 8 times for Exhaust Fluid Fault. Each and every time Steve tries to BS his way out of it cause they cannot fix it. So far it's in Lemon law suit ....Steve tries to play big shot till I call him out on things he says that don't hold water.
