My car has a Crack and scratch in the tail gait i have called the manager to report and have not heard back. I'm getting very upset!! They need to do right and fix this! I'm tired of not being able to get an appointment for service. I call over and over, only to leave a message that is never returned or told to leave a message because they don't know when a service mana service.
