I had a good experience with the service department. Needed my first oil change and they did a great job. They checked for all recalls, changed oil and balanced and rotated my tires as requested. Have had to pay for the same repair 3 times in about 6 months. First repair was very expensive and the part they were supposed to fix was not functioning. Brought the car back and was charged for parts an months. First repair was very expensive and the part they were supposed to fix was not functioning. Brought the car back and was charged for parts and service on the repair again. Then, the part broke a few months later. Part was covered under warranty but still had to pay labor charges for something they fixed twice before. More
