Family Ford of Enfield - Service Center

I was scheduled for an appointment days after the needed part would arrive. Bring my car for an appointment and received a courtesy ride home. Minutes after I was dropped off I was called to say part has no part would arrive. Bring my car for an appointment and received a courtesy ride home. Minutes after I was dropped off I was called to say part has not arrived. Arrival day for part was unknown and service center would call when it arrived. Part arrived Monday as I called Wednesday to check on parts. Upset that the mistake on when part would arrive was an issue and still I was not called when part arrived. I called to let them know and ask to be scheduled for repair. I’ve had great service in the past and I feel it matters which service rep you are dealing with. I would have also been given a rental as my warranty covered it but when I showed up for the repair and asked about the rental I was told enterprise did not have any vehicles and if they knew sooner I would have been able to get a rental. So I stayed in waiting area to wait for 2 hours. More

Service depart is very quick when it comes to service. I had my truck there a week ago and they actually had my truck done in two days and I didn't have a appointment. Today the batterys and again with no appointment they got my truck in and out in less than an hour. Again, an awesome job. Your service department goes above and beyond to help customers.
