Brian Ramocki always had a smile while taking care of me. I had a 10:00 am appointment for an oil change and my 34 point inspection. and at that time Brian informed me that they'd do everything possible to get to my oil change and 34 point inspection as soon as possible. The customer service area was crowded and I knew I may be in for a wait. I checked out with the cashier at 11:45. I wasn't surprised by the wait, it was one of the coldest Novembers on record and the service department was very busy. I appreciated the information obtained by the 34 point inspection, that possible on my next visit , I may be in need of a cabin filter and the possible cost. Was unsure how much air to put into low pressure tires. Michael Majchrowic was very friendly and helpful even though this was such a basic procedure. Second routine visit for a new car I went to family hyundai for my second maintenance visit for my 2019 eleantra gt. The service customer service experience was excellent. I was greeted I went to family hyundai for my second maintenance visit for my 2019 eleantra gt. The service customer service experience was excellent. I was greeted,was taken care of swiftly, and everyone was very friendly. The actual service to my car, on the other hand, was not performed as expected. When I was being checked in, the service manager had asked me what my car's oil type was and asked if it was regular oil. Since I had read the maintenance schedule before, I knew the oil type was synthetic blend. This did not give me confidence from the start. He then explained that I was due for a tire rotation, which I was. When I was returned my car after service was complete, I had an issue with the following: 1. My car was washed but not dried and it was cold outside. So when I drove away, I was unable to clearly see out of my side mirrors and all of my windows were littered with dried water droplets, making it harder to see out of my car. 2. The service interval was not reset. Not a huge deal but informa me that the service department did not pay attention to details. This makes.me question if they really did use synthetic blend or regular oil... 3. All of my tires were over-inflated and at different pressures. I inflated the tires a few weeks before taking it into service since the temperature dropped and they needed to be inflated again for the winter. My door indicates 33 PSI for all 4 tires while cold. When I returned to my car, the fronts were 38 and 37 and the rear tires were 34 and 35. I will be contacting the dealership tomorrow to rectify this. Unfortunately, I was not able to dedicate the time when I took it in for them to fix everything. This also makes me concerned of bringing it here again but I am tied to the dealership due to their lifetime power train warranty deal. UPDATE: Dealership called and gave me a free oil change in lieu of my issues with the service department and offered a carwash to clean the care correctly. More
