Great Service October 24th I had a scheduled appointment for a oil change. While inspecting my vehicle it was determined the passenger side front ball joint needed to be replaced. I was already there for two hours. The approval from the warranty department was taking some time and Jim offered me a loaner vehicle which was very much appreciated. Great Service Thanks More

Not a pleasant used car buying experience Our daughter was looking to purchase her first used car for a college graduation present. A couple month prior to this purchase we had purchased a new Our daughter was looking to purchase her first used car for a college graduation present. A couple month prior to this purchase we had purchased a new Hyundai Kona and a used Hyundai Elantra on the same day. So we were hoping to get some preferential service. We asked that our sales person help our daughter find a good quality used car ($9k). After a couple days home with the car, we noticed problems with steering, and took it to our local auto mechanic. The steering was completely shot, and needed $2,000+ in repair. Knowing that it was used and sold As Is, we did not complain to the dealership. I did contact the dealership to please remove my contact information from their marketing database, as I would not buy from Family Hyundai again. Then I started getting calls from the salesman, apologizing for the car and saying "we are going to make this right". After about 6 calls in 24 hours, with the same "we are going to make it right" speech, we never heard from Family Hyundai again, and they never made it "right" or gave us an explanation. During our phone conversations, I did reiterate that we understand used cars are sold as is, and we would not post anything on social media about the dissatisfaction we received at Family Hyundai. Once again we only want our contact information removed from the Family Hyundai marketing database. So, today we got our first email from Family Hyundai about our satisfaction with our purchase. I guess they did not remove our contact information from the marketing database. Hyundai is a great product, and we love their automobiles, and have been loyal to Hyundai for the past 12+ years, and still will be. Thankfully their are other Hyundai dealers in the area, and we will be taking our business elsewhere when we are looking for our next car. Family Hyundai has given me the opportunity to make it "right". More
